Bonjour, I'm Geraldine.
I'm a Global Product Leader. But that title doesn't tell you much, so let me try again.
Most people automating enterprise workflows have never actually worked inside one. They've seen the demo, they've nodded along in the strategy offsite. I've sat at the procurement desk, navigated the tedious arcana of account management, driven to field visits in sub-Saharan Africa where the "workflow" was a woman walking two hours to pay a water bill in cash. All this over twenty years, across three continents and many industries: IoT, consumer products, enterprise solutions, and lately, biometric identity systems.

Not everyone knows what to do with a career like mine. "You've done too many things." "Where's the through line?" (I've heard this more times than I can count.)
The through line is this: I'm drawn to problems where getting the product right changes how people access water, make decisions, or prove who they are at a border. Not "delight users". Change outcomes. And that mosaic of contexts is exactly why I see problems differently than someone who's spent fifteen years optimizing the same SaaS funnel.
Each chapter of my career was a bet on learning something I didn't yet know how to do.
So what am I doing now?
I'm a Hardware Product Manager at a global biometrics company, but the part I'm most energized about is the AI adoption program I'm building from scratch: mapping shadow AI, running Lunch & Learns, identifying automations that solve problems I've lived firsthand.
Outside of work, I run workshops for AI Discipline, a French AI product community with 2,000+ members, and facilitate AI sessions for l'Avant-Garde, a network of French women CPOs. Those sessions started as paying it forward. Turns out they're just as much for me: nothing sharpens your thinking like a room full of senior leaders brainstorming and experimenting together.
And I do all of this in English, French, and Spanish.
If you want to talk AI workflow strategy, or why the best PMs are the ones who've actually used the broken process they're trying to fix, I'm always up for it.
